most of the people in these states use railway tracks and all public places as their lavatories and urinals-

all the people walk in the middle of the roads for want of foot paths-
wine shops and liquor bars are spread all over the states and people are served drinks on the public roads-
50% of the vehicles are driven by drunkards killing pedestrians-
30% of the vehicles ignore traffic signals and drive in as u like way-
Most of the police take bribes openly on all main roads from law breakers-
all govt officers and staff collect bribes openly with out any fear-
goondas are given free hand by police and courts as there r no severe laws framed to curb the menace-
courts take minimum 20 years to finalize most of the cases-
rapes are way of life for many-
celebrities and high level people run brothel houses for high govt officials and politicians-
corruption is main business of politicians-

with all these and many more such incurable diseases would any one with sound mind dream about such absurd things?
